One to one - Couple
Remember that you have the right to receive answers to the questions you ask yourself:
What theoretical approach does your therapist adopt? What are her diplomas? What are her methods?
Why does she use this or that method? Did she do introspective work?
The inconstancy of feelings as strong as passion, desire, love, sharing, questions us all one day depending on the period of our life or our couple.
Who among us has not tried to understand what goes through us when we love less, when we no longer desire, when we turn away from the one we have yet one day chosen, when we face it or when we don't know? Because the questions are often more fruitful than the answers and in order to better understand our sentimental universe, I invite you to find myself in " The intimacy in questions ", a series of podcast to share together multiple reflections around the couple, the desire, eroticism and our sex life whether straight, gay, or a bit of both.
These guided conversations are there to help you understand the conflicts in your couple, to preserve the sensitivity of your spouse in delicate moments of life, to resume a dialogue when you can no longer listen to yourself, to restore the confidence and the complicity that you most certainly had at the start of your relationship, to enrich your intimate and sexual life and to support each other because the very idea of the couple resides in the belief that together we are stronger.
Give yourself quality time, in a positive context without interference (no phone, work, TV), without being disturbed (children, friends), and start your conversation.
The fact that these conversations are guided (developed by Cécilia Commo) allows you to distance yourself and feel secure as if you were in the office of a couple therapist.
French reading only.
Conversations are enriched! They were 3, here they are 6!
Always free of course.
You will find "Acceptance", "Communication" and "Intimacy".
Have been added "Being in love", "Conflicts" and "Sexuality".
After registering your e-mail, you will be able to download the six conversations grouped together in the form of a PDF document, easily readable on various devices (tablets, smartphone, computer with various software like Kindle, eBook, etc.).
